Joseph Gentile is a seasoned real estate attorney with over 25 years of experience in the title industry and property law. Over the years, he developed a comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions, mastering the intricacies of title work, contract drafting, and the legal complexities involved in buying and selling property. This foundation has given Mr. Gentile the skills and insight to guide clients through even the most challenging real estate matters.
As the founder of Gentile Property Law Office, LLC, Joseph has dedicated his career to making real estate transactions seamless and legally secure. Through Homebuyers Law, a specialized branch of his practice, he focuses on assisting individuals buying or selling homes, whether or not they are working with a real estate agent. His approach is grounded in careful attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of the transaction—contracts, title reviews, and closing documents—is handled with precision and professionalism.

Mr. Gentile attained his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School. At the University of Maryland College Park, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Language and Literature.
Andrew J. Lawrence
Andrew Lawrence has more than 25 years of experience advising individuals and businesses in real estate, trusts & estates, litigation and corporate matters. An experienced real estate attorney, Andrew has helped countless clients navigate the complexities of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Homebuyers Law is a concentrated branch of his practice focused on advising individuals buying and selling homes, with or without a real estate agent. Andrew’s extensive knowledge of contract and property law coupled with his practical and professional approach provides his clients with exceptional value.
As the founder of The Lawrence Law Group, PLLC, Mr. Lawrence also has extensive experience advising buyers and sellers when disputes arise. A seasoned litigator in both state and federal courts, Andrew can negotiate aggressively for his clients while providing practical advice about the potential risks and rewards of settlement and litigation.
Mr. Lawrence received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics. He is admitted to practice in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Massachusetts. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Before entering private practice, he clerked for the Honorable James F. Merow at the United States Court of Federal Claims.
